Also, the community is located a short distance away from the Prince William National Forest Park, which has camping and beautiful walking trails and is located 20 minutes from the Marine Corps Base, Quantico. With shopping near by at Potomac Mills Mall and Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center which is less than 5 miles away from our community. Powell's Landing is perfectly located for shopping, dining, recreation and some of the best sightseeing in the area has to offer.
